C. Tucker Cope & Associates began by value-engineering an existing set of architectural drawings to bring the project within budget, saving 25% from original project estimates. Project highlights included site work, construction of foundation and flooring, supply and erection of a pre-engineered steel building from American Buildings Company, installation of a colored, 24-gauge lock-seam roof with roof crickets, partial exterior build-out of split-face EIFS, and provision of MEP's. C. Tucker Cope & Associates recieved an American Buildign Company Design Award for this project.
C. Tucker Cope & Associates acted on behalf of our client for the submission and receipt of setback variances from the City of Youngstown at the onset of this project. Project highlights included site work, construction of foundation and flooring (poor soil required special lean concrete), supply and erection of pre-engineered steel building from American Buildings Company, and installation of crane beams and steel for a 30-ton crane with 90' bridge span.
C. Tucker Cope & Associates provided our client with complete project design and construction, beginning with full sets of architectural and structural drawings. Project highlights included site work, construction of foundation and flooring, supply and erection of pre-engineered building from American Buildings Company, partial build-out of split-face block on building's exterior, and interior office build-out with dry wall vaulted ceilings. This design also featured a bump-out loading dock and covered walk-out porch. C. Tucker Cope & Associates received American Buildings Company's Excellence in Design Award for this project.
Project highlights included construction of foundation and flooring, supply and erection of a pre-engineered steel building from American Buildings Company, installation of 4-sided hipped roof with entrance and window crickets, and construction of a stuctural steel framed section of the building which served as connector between new pre-engineered steel building and an existing building.
